I like the toning on this coin.

So what do you think of this Morgan?

I can't make out what's going on under that toning. Reverse is telling me MS63, but not the obverse. I'm going with AU58, to me looks lightly circulated

The reverse is a nice MS63 but I don't like the wing burn, although some might. Obverse is way less, au55-58.

Luster seems impaired, and that wing toning detracts. I'll say AU-55.

The reverse looks like it belongs on a different coin. AU-58.

Yes it does, but it's the same Morgan.

the 84(P) is normally sharp and bold. the reverse looks ok but the obverse strike AVG- the obverse looks like its missing most of its luster. the eye appeal is AVG- also. I think its AU so AU58 weak strike.

maybe improperly handled or stored. obverse may have had a light clean which removed the luster a while ago and then was not rinsed properly leaving this toning to develop and the lack of luster. hard to say

For what it's worth, not a pro, but I have looked at loads of Morgan's for comparison, and I thing the TPG's are more lenient on Morgan's, in part due to age. Having said that....I think this will get a MS-62.
