I have a question about calling a coin cleaned—its a cleaned coin when you can see linear lines/scratches on a coin which is easy to pick up to me—what other hints/telltale signs that a coin has been cleaned—the above coin I really dont see linear scratches but I do see light and dark areas and debris near lettering/numbers—is that what determines cleaning?
