Thanks onedollarbillnut. My first thought was to put it on the grading forum but it doesn't look so high grade. I thought when they say PL details it's only certain areas

Seems struck from rusted dies. I'd say worth a dollar or less - these were saved in gigantic quantities.

To me the coin looks like it was HARSHLY CLEANED with some kind of ACID cleaner. NOT a MS 63 just a Damaged coin.

I see why you would say cleaned daveserrors. Photos dont capture all the luster. It would have to have been cleaned buffed and waxed to get as shiny as these old pics show

Acid would not likely affect the coin in such a random way. Looks like die pitting from rust and grease issues.
