1945 S Lincoln Wheat Penny - Error On Mintmark?

Going with the photos posted, my first reaction is post mint damage--a circulation hit, early in the coin's life. I could be wrong. Report this Post to the Staff

Please consider purchasing a pair of cheapo white cotton gloves. It's really difficult to see the area in question on your coin... can you get a close-up of the question area for us?
