OK, I already know this is a details coin because of the three M's scratched into the reverse, but humor me and tell me what would the numerical grade be if there was no graffiti?

EF-40. I don't think the scratches are worrisome enough to detail it. TPG might net it down to VF range.

the 89(O) are typically weak so the flat breast and hair doesn't surprise me. I'm in the XF40 details box
