@dg, I'm not convinced that this isn't something like a Pachinko Token (rather than a coin), so I'm going to move it over to the un-IDentified section of CCF. Once we figure it out for you, I may move it to the correct final subforum.

Ah good point @ryu. That info helped me to determine that this is a bus token from Seoul South Korea. Here is a Russian-language website with more info on these:
