Is This 1914-S Barber Quarter Coin Fake?

I recently saw this coin online, yet something about it threw me off. The photos were bad, but the coin just did not look right. The fact that this is a semi-key date (264,000 minted), did nothing to ease my suspicions. But, I am no coin expert, and I would love to hear you guys's opinions on this coin. These were the only photos I could find of it:

It's authentic, just damaged.

The counter stamped arrow on the obverse really hurts the collectibility of the coin.

Just worth a few dollars in my opinion.

With the size of the photos I can't comment on authenticity without a clear view of the mintmark. Looks to be G-06 Details, Countermarked. I would definitely steer clear of this coin and seek a problem-free example, preferably slabbed given the date.
