Ohio. So kind of to far away to drive up and get some. Only went to Canada like 2x 20 plus years ago. Are the 1990 Dollards found in rolls too?

mcshilling I was searching online for fakes just to see what all were out there. pics show up of a 1990 toonie, that looks like a man and there reverse has like a sea lion or something way off from a polar bear. Toonie didn't start until 1996 so a really bad fake. I was hoping there where a bunch out there, would love to have one in collection.

I've been looking for the "Dollard" version since it was first identified and have yet to find one.

Are you talking about a bi-metallic (ring plus center) toonie from 1990? Yes, the toonies didn't start until '96, but Loonies started in 1987. With a name like "dollard", it sounds like a 1 dollar coin, not a 2 dollar one.

You can find more information about all of these counterfeit toonies at CamelToeToonies.ca.
Very few of the "Z Dollard" toonies entered circulation, and they originated in the Thornbury, Ontario, area. Don't expect to find one in circulation as only a small number circulated. The Camel Toe Toonies on the other hand are in circulation in the millions and are easy to find.
