You may have already noticed, on the active topics page if you are the last poster in the topic it should be highlighted green to alert you that you really don't need to check it again.
You may have to clear your cache to get the new stylesheet.

Tried it in the test area and here and no green highlight. I also cleared cache. I may do the ultimate log out and log back in. Let try that.

Your phone must have the old stylesheet stuck in there, looks like your on an iPhone which I know nothing about.
