Looks like a dug coin. I'm guessing the date is a 1998 or 1999. Spender.

It appears to be a1998. I don't know the weight.

Close enough in weight to the standard weight. Appears like a metal detector find.

Colour is from environmental toning/tarnishing, most likely from being buried in acidic soil. We see a lot of these. The toning is considered damage, thus no premium I'm afraid.

Mydawgz, if the ground is acidic and left there over time, it will alter the coloration of a coin. And, btw to the CCF!
