I recently won a 1955-S LWC NGC MS67RD here on CCF. When it arrived I noticed an odd looking LIBERTY.

I assume this is a die chip making it a "BIE" Liberty? Is that correct? Any added value? Is there a specific variety number assigned for this? Thanks for your help.

Very common on mid-1950's wheat cents.

A very nice BIE. As to value,it would add value to a variety collector being a MS67,but lower the value of a MS67 because of the BIE to a none variety collector.
