The N stands out to me the most but alot looks doubled to me.

Mrfixit505 To CCF. Not seeing any Doubling. Looks normal, Posable Little struck through spot by the mint mark.

Noticeably larger and more rounded in these areas

Just as I figured. Machine Doubling and the glare from the light was hiding it:
1979-D-Quarter-With-DDR.-Confirm?
Not a doubled die. Just Machine Doubling.
If it were a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged, not reduced in size.
