I would like to give a BIG thanks to everyone who helped me with the conservation of this coin. It looks to have been cured of the PVC damage that was plaguing the coin after an acetone bath. I greatly appreciate each and every one of you for your help!

Will the acetone damage the coin? How about vinegar and baking powder?

Do not use vinegar or baking soda. 100% pure acetone is safe.
