Picked up a roll of quarters at the bank a few months ago & was surprised to find this one. Question: is there some doubling going on?

I see a hit on the I in IN GOD WE...--metal is pushed out of position. Possible hit on the Y in LIBERTY--same on the D in UNITED. All post strike damage.

Not the DDO. The DDO FS-101 has strong split serifs and separation lines, especially on the R of TRUST. Below is my Stage A example of that variety:

1964-D-Washington-Quarter---Doubling?-Obverse-And-Reverse

Something else you can look for on this variety are the two very strong die scratches between UNITED STATES:

1964-D-Washington-Quarter---Doubling?-Obverse-And-Reverse
