Quote: I think the gold RP sold first because it's cheaper, so more accessible. And the silver RP is still available because it's a medal, which is less popular than the coins. Yeah I agree. I'm not big on medals, and only have a couple, but I got this one as I don't have any RP silver medal, so that's nice. Speaking of which, only the lone medal is available now.

Quote: That is how ordering on the website should work. Agreed! Quote: I'm still about being shut out on the WW2 items.

On a side note, does anyone know how one submits a U.S./U.K. set to PCGS? Since U.S. coins and World Coins are a different form, does one have to fill out one for each coin, or are they both done on the U.S. form since it's a U.S. set?

I must have been the only one having problems.
PayPal and my credit card info disappeared. Had to key in my credit card info manually again.
Then had to do the final submit 4 times.
Only wanted the RP medal on this one.

Sorry to hear you had a difficult time, but I guess someone had to have issues otherwise I would wonder if this were all a dream as it went so well.

I was able to grab the silver set at 8:02 AM Central and had to jet for an appointment right after. Honestly I wasn't expecting to be able to get one. As of now the SRP is still available and I think I'll grab one of those too.

Evening folks--new member as of today, and even though I've been a hobbyist for four decades I'm a newby compared to all of you and your acronyms. I picked up all three that sold out. I'm hoping to sell the single gold reverse proof to help offset the cost of the gold twin set. I'm looking at this as a combination investment/interest so I'd like to hold on to one key piece of the trifecta while offsetting some of the cost. Good luck to all--whether in your holding or flipping!

I noticed the Cloudflare DDos check was different this morning (the page that makes you wait 5 seconds while it checks your browser), it had the US Mint banner on top so I think Cloudflare may have made some tweaks since the WW2 medals to make this more smooth.
That and I think the earlier start time may have helped a bit keeping the flippers on the west coast asleep (while unfortunately probably not helping the collectors on the west coast either).

Wow, 195 pounds at The Royal Mint, is about $258, if I am doing that correctly...
