First off I wouldn't out anyone with out concrete proof of being cheated.. he has scammed me out of one coin, and another that I am expecting to have to refund shortly.. There was only one red flag when I first sold to him, now there is at least a dozen.. So with that being said I have no issue with posting his ebay user id.. Unfortunately for seller shipping without tracking, ebay will always agree with buyer, and it make those take advantage of such situation. |

I've been done by him before as well - I wasn't 100% certain, which is why I never pursued it... Sold something else to him, but it was pricey enough that I got tracking, and lo and behold, he got it. He backed out of another sale when I told him that I'd only ship tracked...

Andy888, be sure to report the buyer, through ebay as well. with enough seller's reporting him, he should get thrown off ebay. |

I just looked at his feedback and he has scammed several ebay sellers and has been a member since 2007. I will report him but its obvious ebay is aware of his actions and clearly not doing anything about it. Very poor lack of seller protection on ebay's part but that's how ebay tends to be. Did anyone search the address? It comes up as a men's shelter called "Native Man's Residence" and is affiliated with United Way Toronto. I'm guessing if they were informed of his criminal activity he may no longer have a residence to stay at. Just my observation.

Contact someone higher up in the coins category . Call ebay and have the category or Security manager call you . It is possible ! This individual is a one man wrecking crew for sellers reps ! I feel for you guys! |
