I looked at my order numbers. One was accepted at 12:06 and the other at 12:20. There's a difference of 86,464 between the two. If the order numbers are truly sequential, that indicates that the typical purchase was for one or two.

Looks like a lot of people had a rough go.
Here's an interesting 'conspiracy theory', the shop I work at had zero interruptions or issues. We got all the coins we wanted with no errors or crashes. Is the US Mint showing favoritism?
For the sake of disclaimer, we don't get any favoritism, we just got really, really lucky.

I had 2 in my cart by 1201 and was finalizing payment and the site kicked me all the way out. I signed back in by 1203 and added 2 of the CC for a total of 4 and went to confirm order and it kicked me all the way out again. I signed back in by 1208 and the site said they were all gone.

How many people will be selling their order(s)?

Just got my confirmation email and the bank shows the transaction as pending, so it looks like I'm good to go although it looks like I'm getting 4 CC's even though I thought I'd ordered 2 and 2 O's. I guess in all the confusion I missed the O's and doubled up on the CC's. Oh well, I'll figure it all out later.

I had similar struggles with the website trying to get one CC coin. I just kept thinking, this is God telling me I'm stupid for paying $85 for $23 of silver.

Well, I just got a confirmation email for 2 CCs and an O. Checked my bank and there is a hold for that transaction. Very strange. I never got a confirmation on the screen for those. I did get a confirmation on the screen for a single O right before they became unavailable. I don't have a confirmation email or hold on my funds for the single O and in my order history I just see processing but the link does not work like the confirmed order. Who knows what I will get or when.
If they don't charge until they ship, why do I see a hold of funds from the US Mint in my account? Will that be released or could they possibly be shipping in June?
The experience is still terrible and the mint can do much better.

I've never bought from the mint and wanted to do so before the 2021 Peace dollar went on sale so I could experience any troubles with ordering. GLAD I did so! Got several errors and had to reload the page a few times. I really didn't even want the CC or O but figured I'd just trade or sell them as it was the ordering process I wanted to experience. Next is to try the D and S. Looks like "Luck is the Lady" bidding on this series. Then I went to ebay and looked at the "SOLD" listings for the "Pre Orders". O...M...G

I suppose people buying on ebay feel they are paying to not suffer the process like the rest of us.

Wow those SOLD listings, so many lots of 10. They really need HHL 1.

Hearing about the nightmare that was the buying process and seeing the high prices on ebay makes me glad I decided against trying to get these. If they drop in price a ton next year, maybe, but for the moment these are off my radar

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. As one who does not collect Morgan or Peace dollars, I passed on this offering, as well as the offerings to come. $85 for an ounce of silver is too high a price.
