Posting the first of a series of coins from a collection I inherited sometime ago to see what (if anything) should go to a TPG.

Beautiful coin! I guess it depends on what you plan on doing with your coins?
If you plan on keeping them in your family and passing them down or selling them?
I'd give this beauty an MS64-65

This is a tough one in my opinion. It looks like there is something going on in front of Liberty's nose and mouth, as well as her cheek. I would have to have this coin in hand to make an evaluation.

the lighting is a little much which is altering the original color and surface preservation. I'm going to grade by the photos presented if you cannot upload new ones.

the 03(P) are known for sharp strikes. this coin is AVG-. ear area is weak and eagle breast is very weak

luster is broken on both sides

surface preservation is a tad to the below average category with the obverse abrasions

eye appeal is difficult to determine due to lighting. I like the gold toning and it appears to be balanced on the obverse. the abrasions are a little distracting as they are in key areas. not a fan of the mottling especially on the reverse

there are a couple areas on the coin that could be construed as light wear from circulation. I can see this as a slider but I'm leaning MS with a grade of MS63. photos with less light may help

I lean towards MS-63, but AU-58 wouldn't surprise me.
