Nothing I know about, but they look fake to me.
Biggest negative is that there's no serial number.

As far as authenticity, I am no expert, but the color, condition, and strength of signatures makes me think this is a reproduction.

This appears to be a modern copy of a "Broken Bank Note" from the wildcat banking days of the 1830s. Private banks could open up and issue their own currency. They would often fail and the bankers be found running away in the night with satchels full of depositors coins which always retained real value. The American Banknote Company printed beautiful notes that looked like they should have value, but sometimes were turned into wall paper when the bank failed. See Bankers Magazine from back then online at the Newman Numismatic Portal if you want to learn more.

Thanks for the information and Pistareen thank you for telling some of the history of them, the information you gave definitely peaked my interest in them! These certainly are replicas, on the back it says that they are from the celebration of the banks125th year. I'm sorry I did not post that originally.

I was going to post about this being a reproduction, but you figured it out. It would be interesting to see the back, if you wouldn't mind posting it.
