Can someone tell me the differences between the US Mint's

Uncirculated quarters are the same as the full uncirculated mint set. These coins are minted with higher pressure at slower speeds. They are handled differently after being struck. The results are (in theory) consistent higher quality coins.

Circulating coin set quarters come from the normal circulation production that make the coins released into circulation. These presses run at higher speed and lower pressure. Quality can be lower, but will be as nice as the nicest coins found in circulation.
