I'll say MS-66 or better. Worried about developing toning spots.

64 tops because of the weak areas in the usual areas,bottom of bust and top part of hair.

Nice but I don't care for the abrasive areas on obverse .
The reverse spots don't bother me . LDS MS-65+ RB .

Strong MS65 for me. Is that a minor split plating feature on the lower edge of the mint mark?

A few light, minor spots on the obverse, typical obv strike weakness in the high points. This one comes down to in-hand eye appeal and luster in the end. It might notch to a 67.
