I'm no expert when it comes to error coins but my understanding is that a die shift results in doubling whereas your coin looks more like the result of a slight off-centre strike.

Agreed that's an off-centre strike.
Not sure what the threshold for being worth something is but I thought it needed to be really off-centre (like a couple of millimetres).
