I pray that a few kind and experienced Canadian coin collectors will venture a grade on my coin. I purchased it long ago as uncirculated. My camera light gives the appearance of wear on the left lower quadrant of the reverse. In hand, the reverse presents just a weakness in the strike, so I added an image sans camera light.

Circulated but then cleaned !?! THAT would explain a lot to my logic circuits if you are correct. And, now that you've mentioned the phenomenon, I have much reason to believe it is so. I bought the coin half a century past, when the practice was more common and I was less circumspect. I did not, at time of posting on CCF, have a solid relationship with this lovely coin. Now, as I forge one, you make it far less likely that my relationship with it will be nonsensical. I thank you.
