If I had a better camera I'd be able to show the back cause it's got some on the back but not indented in but raised like it's a mint stamp.

It wouldn't matter with a better image. We can see the rim is flattened, the devices are mirrored not normal if this would have been a double strike. Just a coin transfer from on coin to another as mentioned with a vise.
