That 1886 IHC is a Type II to boot, which is more rare than a Type I.

Some friends of ours have a big gallon sized pickle jar that they throw pocket change into to fund a future trip for their family to Disneyland. They let me search it and I had a blast! I found a Canadian 2010 penny, an UNC red 68-S, and a 64-D silver dime!

In addition to that, I found 4 common circulated wheats and I pulled all the coppers out. I bought everything I wanted out of the jar using my stash of junk Zincolns that I had already searched.

The funny thing was the dime was one of the very last coins I pulled out of that jar.

Went to my bank to cash in my pennies today and the teller guy asked me if I wanted more (different) rolls, so I said sure. I bought a roll of quarters and the rest pennies.

Scored 3 USA quarters

1973
2003 Missouri Corps of Discovery
2005 Oregon Crater Lake

Out of $3 in penny rolls I got about 45 Lincolns and a very black or brown 1967 US Dime!! looks like corroding action happening I see hints of copper but metal surface looks to be silvery colored. Was very surprized to find an old dime in the penny rolls ( no mint mark that I can spot)

Oldest cent was 1959
Only S cent was 1971

Haven't had a chance yet to look closely at any of todays coins. Don't know if I scored a variety or anything special yet ;)

45 Lincolns out of $3 canadian rolls? Are us cents that prevalent up there? That's like 15%. LOL

9090sportscards, I guessing you mean 1911-S. And that is a semi-key date....worth a few bucks anyway.Hard to tell exactly with the small pics. Nice find though !
