Nice find Hockingzig ! To tell the truth, I was almost as happy finding a BU 1956 wheatie as I was finding my 1999 WAM.I think it's just the thrill of discovery, not necessarily the value of the coin.

I found a 1929 in VG, and 7 common wheaties all in VF in a total of $34 in pennies. Coppers make up like 50% of the rolls here. Like I didn't even save them until the last $10 batch I went through. would post pics but the scanner is not working.

Way to go there Hockingzig, I really like them IHC. Manuel, had my best box for wheaties today, 14 of them and 3 I needed. What was totally amazing about this box was 70-80 BU whitehouse years. Also had 4canaians and my first 2cent euro coin.

$10 yielded a hair over 25% copper, 29 assorted 1982 (I will sort them later), 4 remarkable Zincolns, 3 Wheats (1958D, 1949S, and 1951), and a 1970D with what looks like a really tiny mint mark (not sure if that is a variety or not).

Out of my last 2 boxes combined I have only gotten 3 wheats and about 18% copper(both were Brinks boxes, seems like that is all I can get around here). But,yesterday I did 15 CWR and got 5 wheats and about 33% copper.

Dadgum Hockingzig I would be bummed if that was all I got also. My average is normally 7 or 8 why I was stoked to get 14 LWC's Saturday. Going to sit down and check for S MM's here in a bit.

I got two rolls today from Walmart. Oldest was 1964D, with there being a total of (out of both rolls) ten coppers. 10% isn't bad, considering I've found worse, but I've gotten used to getting around 15% to 25%

My goal: find out how many cents I have to look through to find 1000 wheaties. So far I searched through $34.00 and heve found 8 wheaties. 1929 VG, 1945 VF (x2), 1945 S VF (x2), 1946 D VF, 1953 D VF, 1955 VF (no DDO, I looked very hard )
