goes in the zinc pile if you have it set on copper accept. I imagine you could but a steel accept and it might throw out steelies but I dont know.. I have like 3 boxes to go through of zinclons though. Well probably not 3 boxes b/c I got a lot of coppers, but still a lot of zinclons. I wish I could take those zincs straight back after sorting them but I want to find those Wide AMs and doubled diesI am hoping to find some goodies in this pile! I will give an update if I find some

Oh, so after sorting copper, you can sort the zincs for anything not zinc? daanng I really really really want one bad. But I would run into the same problem with you, I want the WAMs, DDs, etc.
good luck with the rest of your search!
oh and if you ever want to sell the ryedale- you know who to PM ;)

yeah you can throw a zinc penny and do a zinc accept but I never do. Maybe I should I dunno. I enjoy it to much to sell right now. Since I search eveything anyway its probably pointless for me to have it but I think it speeds things up for me.. now all my coppers are sorted and ready to be sold. before it seemed like it took for ever. The only thing that slows me down is going back through the zinclons. I did get my first washer today. I was kinda shocked when I saw it shoot out the ryedale. I am glad it didnt jam it up. This was in a bank box too.

Perhaps we can all corner the zinc market like the hunt brothers did with the silver market, drive up prices, then dump hoard of zincolns on everyone!

Since no time frame was stated on when the Lincoln Cent had to have been pulled from a roll.

I give you this.

It was pulled from a roll of cents from a bank in Madison WI. in the mid 1990's, I think '93 or '94. By the Boss I worked for at a gas station right off the interstate. We went through every roll of cents and nickels. We were both into coins and paper money. It was amazing what came through in the late 80's and 90's as it was mostly a cash business back then.

He actually gave it to me on my Birthday as a present that year.

From what I could figure out back then we think it was put into circulation in 1991 for the ANA Chicago coin show.

That would be awesome! I might have to wait until christmas time though, cause I'm really tight on money, that's why I was hoping to buy one used. But I mean I would be really nice to get in touch with him and see what I can get one for, cause 14 boxes a week is getting to be a pain by hand (the skin on my thumb actually peeled today if you know what I mean......its hard to explain)
thanks again, I really appreciate it!
