WOOT! Found an LP1 yesterday....in a bank wrapped roll! First Log Cabin I've ever seen..stuffed in with the usual crappy deteriorating zincolns and dryer damaged thrashers. About AU, not perfect, but went into a 2X2 just the same...captured in the wild means more to me then hoarded MS64! And to top it off...it's a P mint! I get mostly Ds here.
The same rolls have a remarkable high percentage of AU+ 1981D's. Can't explain that, but I have almost a full roll of them from less than $25 worth of coins.

Just went through a $50 dollar bag- Got about 10 Wheats, 1938 Canadian Cent, 2000 Wide AM, and a few BU Coppers. Chuckster: Thats a Great Indian, it always makes you wonder where it came from!

Congrats on the IHC Chuckster! I'm still looking for my first one. That one is in better shape than the usual circulation find Indians!

Thanks!
I also wonder how long these kind of coins were in general circulation before one of us "Numismatists" find them.

What kind of grade is your 99WAM- seems most of them being found are in the AU stages.
I havn't seen a MS grade one being found/sold anywhere .

I just went through 10 rolls and got two wheaties and five Log Cabin Cents, the first I've ever seen.
I've only been going through cent rolls for just a little while, and my best find was a silver dime.

Chuck, Thanks. Both of my 1999 WAM's are AU. I guess there aren't many in MS condition.
