What exactly is a bag of cents? I have only seen rolls at the bank. Sounds interesting. Nice find with the 1918 cent.

Bag of cents is $50 worth of pennies purchased from a coin counter.
Bags
Pennies $50
Nickels $200
Dimes $1000
Quarters $1000
Halves $1000
Dollars I think $2000

Great find! Did you find that in customer or machine wrapped rolls? I just did some dimes tonight and I have lots of pennies waiting for me, I hope I find an indian head soon.

Good luck on the hunt CoinRumbles! They are tough to come by but a great success when you line one up! We hope to see some of your fun finds once you crack those cent rolls open.

coinrumbles, it was from a box of machine wrapped rolls from bank of america. FYI, I've searched about 10 boxes over the past 3-1/2 months.

That Indian is one sweet find!

I scored a 1905 in circulation in 1985, but I've yet to get one in a roll or box, though I'm not a regular box searcher if the truth be told.

I found this tonight in a machine-wrapped roll, and my 9-year old blurted out, "Uh, Dad, that's post mint damage!"

Obviously, it would be a first amendment violation otherwise.

Completed a box.

1953-D
1952-D
1955-D
1958-D
1948-D
1927
1911

(I sure looked hard at that 1911 to try to stare an "S" into it, but alas, I could not...lol)

(Found four Canadians too. A 1952 was among those)
