Cool Lincoln Roll Finds (From Bank Rolls) - Post Yours!

Hello. I'm new here. I collect baseball cards but always tinkered with coins. Saving everything and anything interesting over the years. I recently stumbled on this forum and it has been very informative. About 3 years ago I started coin roll hunting. Mostly pennies but I have dabbled with others. I mostly hunted for wheats and '59s- '82 coppers. Also Canadian copper and anything unusual. After gaining knowledge from this site I'm excited to look for some of the variations and errors.

Do you think it's worth checking everything I have rolled and put away already? Is there enough to look for that is worth it? It's there and not going anywhere for a while. I wish I knew more about the hobby 3 years ago. I will post some of what I knew to be obvious errors as I go along as well as future finds. Rackster thanks for the input. It will be a slow process but I'm looking forward to checking for more good stuff in my stash. I wonder how many "finds" I put back in the machine over these last 3 years. Only got to do 5 rolls out of a box yesterday with only one wheat. Will try to get to more today.

Here's a little bit of "eye candy" for any Wheat cent enthusiasts on this thread.

As relayed in my other thread, I've been fortunate enough to stumble upon two partial dumps of the same collection--spaced several weeks apart--that together yielded a huge number of somewhat unsearched Wheat Cents.

Thus far, I've been able to accumulate over 1,800 coins. Of this total, 1,760 or so came from pure Wheat cent rolls purchased from my bank. Others have originated from further interceptions of Wheat Cents that have appeared in cashed-in rolls of mixed cents, as well as in change.

For the moment, at least, Wheat Cents are temporarily plentiful in my area (an unknown number of rolls entered circulation before I could purchase them), so I've been doing everything I can to track down any stragglers.

With regard to actually sorting through these coin-by-coin in search of varieties for this series, could anyone direct me to a resource that might prove useful in that respect? I found nothing approaching a key date within the collection, so that's one thing that can be crossed off.
