Not sure about the attribution number...there's a slew of them for the 07?

If you did want to attribute it I would recommend: The Flying Eagle and Indian cent attribution guide, second edition volume four (1890-1909). It was written by Rick Snow himself so If your variety is listed then it is probably listed in there. If not then it may be unlisted. A nice pickup!

Slightly re-punched digits on the 1907 cent (the highest mintage IHC) are actually quite common.
