Can you please site for us a source where you have learned about a 1963 D/S cent? I can't seem to find it listed anywhere. And I can't say I see it on your coin either.

Also, please in future posts crop your photos tight around your coin's edges. Thanks!

That punch hadn't been used by the mint since since the closing of the mint in 1955 and wasn't used until 1968.
