Hello everyone I saw this 1943 Jefferson in a junk lot and would like your opinions on if you believe it has a strike through error.

that is the best picture of it in the lot. It is on ebay there appears to be 5 war nickles in the lot.

I'd say lamination error - not strike through.

Agree, this is a lamination, common on the warnicks.

But, lams aren't a bad thing either! Especially if you don't have one, if this isn't too expensive, it might be a nice one to add to your collection, at least until a better one comes along.

there is a lot of misc junk I looked only at the coins and the war nickles are about worth it without errors
