The FG photos show that the initials are close(ish) to the base of the Memorial building, which indicates a WAM. Spend it.

When I said it was a WAM, I just went by the shape of the G which clearly indicates it is a WAM. The larger pictures just confirm it.

Right, WAM. Can't see the serifs on the G in the blown up pictures but you can see the bottom of the G sticks out past the top of it.
