Numiscrat Valued Member United States 221 Posts	Posted 12/30/2020 6:45 pm I will buck the trend and say it is mostly a mint issue, but not unusual unless extreme. As a kid in the mid-eighties, plugging holes in a Whitman folder, I started saving similar looking, but new and shiny 1985 dimes, until I realized I just kept finding them. I should say that I would have first thought post mint damage, but I saw a lot of them new. I had to go check that neglected coin folder from my youth, and yep...
