looks naturally toned don't see any flecks indicative of nicotine, household cleaners etc. I haven't ran into many of these in the wild. Thoughts on natural or artificial toning?

This coin appears to have been in circulation. I'll say AU-55/58.

I tell ya when clad coins start toning its beautiful, the reverse when rolled to and fro throws blue red green and yellow. The tone on obverse won't show in pics but it's leaching ever so slightly onto it. No premium but in a flip it goes.

with the AU designation. I'm personally not a fan of the splotchy toning, but I can't speak to its being natural vs. unnatural.
