So, I'm not an avid collector nor do I have a large collection. Most of the coins I keep are in hopes that they will become valuable for my grandkids one day. I have a book or two on coins that list the holy grail DD 1955 penny that everyone wishes they had but nothing new. I like to watch Youtube for the new error coins to look for. The pandemic has brought me back to searching piggy banks in hopes of finding that 'rare' life changing coin and all my problems will be solved... Hahahaha but seriously, I do it for fun and if it turns a profit at some future date that's just the sprinkles on top! I'm 52 and have kids, grandkids and would like to introduce my 13 year old twins to coin collecting properly someday.

Welcome to the forum.

Hmmmm ... What is "Rare Bill's" last name. I haven't seen him on here before but there's probably a lot of people looking for him.

Next time you're at the bank--or similar institution--go crazy and buy a few rolls of coins (cents, nickels, dimes, and quarters). Dump them out and poke through 'em. Who knows.
Rest in Peace
