1983 LMC Machine Doubling?

Good evening CoinCommunity!

Came across this while CRH. The devices don't appear to be thinned to me, although the "doubling" does appear a little flat. I am hoping to confirm my suspicions of Machine Doubling. Can anyone help me out on this one?
