I am not a fan of these pre-sale, especially when they havent collected funds for the coins. Make using that credit card much scarier as if you have to cancel the credit card/or the card expires, that means you lose everything and have to either try to fight the mint to get your order back, refresh the coin pages every min or so until you see them back in stock, or pay more on the secondary market... it really does suck.
