Quote: My friend Leah is trying to convince me to buy Tales of Arise I have been a fan of the Tales games since Symphonia and have played almost every release that came out in North America. You can actually play a demo of the game on PS4/PS5 if you are interested. Little off topic but my birthday weekend will be super exiting. Games to start and this coin set to end it. Now if I dont purchase this set I will either have to tell the mint they need to give me my birthday present or ask one of you guys. lol

I got the email as well. I guess I was wrong about it being late. If the email had not come, I was going to try to buy one this Tuesday, just in case.

Wondering if anyone has any tips on getting through the ordering process as quickly as possible for this on the 13th.
I've heard that it's best to not have a credit card on file so that the website doesn't go to a different database. That it's best to manually put in your credit card while ordering.
Also, I haven't ordered a high demand coin/set from the mint since 2019. Any tips on when/when not to refresh, etc.
Want to get a game plan ready for the 13th.
I was able to get the 2019 Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle because of a tip from this community. So big thanks again to all for your help.

That was the case, but it's not my experience on my last couple of high demand products. There were really no significant issues, except after I clicked the last button to purchase. Then it crapped out and I had to repeat the cycle over and over. I missed the new proof ASE-S because of this. It's the first ASE that I've ever missed.

I had a similar experience, but a happier ending. I kept getting repeatedly thrown out of the purchase site when I clicked the last button. I kept getting the same result for 10 minutes, until the ASE-S was sold-out. The part that I can't explain is that my purchase went through... about an hour after the sale ended, I got a confirmation email and the ASE-S showed in my purchase history as "processing". That's the same status it is today, "processing."

I have had luck with pulling up multiple carts with all the product in it. Then once you are there fill out the first one, hit submit. Then as its thinking, start filling out the second one. If the first one goes thru, congrats you are a winner, if not then submit the second one and repeat until you win or its Out Of Stock.

I always use the stored payment information. Yes, there is a delay for the authorization and there is no indication it is doing that. To me it looks like I still need to select from the drop-down, but if I wait a few seconds it pops in at almost the exact same time I get the "card not present" alert from my card issuer.

The last two sellout experiences I was able to purchase more quickly through my mobile phone than my laptop--go figure. I received many 404 error pages on the laptop and only a few on the mobile device.
Good luck!
