1941 newfoundland 5 cent. looking for grading input. These 5 cent pieces are so small you would think that a lot of then would be lost in the day.

Ear, jewels, maltese cross, vertical beads etc. are all very distinct.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I say F-15. Reasoning - The jewels on this series don't wear so easily, but there's not much detail left in the hair, so the worn rims and detracting marks on both sides keep it at F-15.

Looks like there's a die crack at 1:30 Obverse side.
