PCGS is very unlikely to cross a PR-70 from ICG, especially if it's an older ICG slab. They were(and may still be) extremely loose with ther requirements for a 70.

I have a 1962 cent in PR-69 DCAM that is nowhere near CAM, let alone DCAM, and isn't close to a 69 either.

No way it's going to cross IMO. Proofs are hard enough to grade with good pictures, all we can do is ballpark with the given ones. I see no error or doubling - looks normal to me.

That said, I really like ICG for Lincolns. I own some myself and have bought/sold/traded their slabbed coins for years. They are generally accurate so I'm surprised they even gave a 70 out. It must be pretty nice. However, these commonly grade 66-68 so I suspect this coin would be no different.

i didn't grade this coin (ICG did) and photos dont give any justice because only 300 size pictures under, let's say I take my coin out from this folder (wich I only buy for 20 dollars) send to PCGS and grades 68 or higher but as an "error coin" for the reverse...just saying

If you send this off to a TPG, you will waste your money and it will not come back as an "error coin" at all.

Waste your money if that's what you wish to do.
