I don't believe this sold for $300. Typically, the line running through the price indicates a lower price was negotiated.

It sold on ebay, but not for $300. $300 was the asking price, but someone made an offer and it was accepted. It could have been anything between $1 and $299.
With that said, you can put it up on ebay for whatever price you want. Sometimes bills sell for more than they are really "worth" because that day someone is willing to pay that price for whatever reason.

I wouldn't give you $21 for that note, but some one might. I say sell it for the max you can get.
