Most of this is common sense. Ask yourself, if someone else had this seriously worn note with a random, non-fancy serial number, how much would you pay for it ? If you answered $1, congratulations, you have common sense.

Prime numbers or 4 pair don't have any special value. Condition is also very important. A fancy serial number worn bill is worth considerably less than one is uncirculated condition.
