I see nothing wrong with this note. Also, members tend to be less active around this time, I've noticed a general slowdown past 10-11PM est usually. So questions posted after that might have a wait to be answered.

I'm not a collector of currency but did have a series 2013 $5 bill. Mine doesn't have a blue strip. I don't know if or how many different variations were made for the series.

Since 2008, the $5 note includes an embedded security thread that glows blue when illuminated by UV light.

The bluish grey stripe appears to be added after it left the BEP. The note is not fake.
