I had been looking for an app to kinda keep track of some of my more minor sets and saw a CCF banner ad for CoinsChecker Mobile Coin Album.
Went to download it from the play store and it has no reviews and double digit download count. If you install the app you can't use it until you register for an account. If you go to register for the account you have to agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, problem is it won't let you read them. If you try to link the link to said documents it just pops up an error.
Not trying to bad mouth them, but almost no downloads, and TOS I have to agree to without being allowed to know what I'm agreeing too...
Not to mention on the login screen there's an invisible button I discovered by accident and I have NO idea what it does...

Hi friend.
The ad will lead you to CoinsChecker website with links on Android and iOS apps and screenshots.
At the bottom you can find links on Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as well as my email.
If you have seen install count on Google Play you also should see direct link on Privacy Policy and my email.
Instead, I am receiving email from forum admin saying that somebody complaining about my ad and calling it "Sketchy"
I first made CoinsChecker for personal use to keep track of my US coin collection but it was so awesome so I released it for App Store (I have an iPhone) about a year ago, so if you wanna see some reviews you can check them there. Many people were asking me to launch it for Android and I finally did. If you have seen install count you also should see that CoinsChecker for Android have been released about a month ago, on January 1, 2021,
Google very aggressive to everything new. My app wasn't searchable by its own name for couple of weeks, can you believe it?! And from what I see it will takes many month for it to be searchable by keywords. (I will definitely need to add a lot of them, Google likes keywords) So the only thing to make it known it advertise it.
So as you see, amigo, there is nothing to be afraid of. CoinsChecker have been made by fellow Coin Collector for Coin Collectors. It is free and without ads. It has US, Canada and UK coins and more are coming. Registration is needed for you to be able to access you collection form different devices and in case if something happen with your cellphone. I haven't send any emails to anybody yet, so no need to be afraid of spam or notifications. Feel free to check it out, hope you will like it.
Regards.

Okay, I appreciate your response but that still doesn't answer why I can't see TOS, nor does it answer what that invisible button does. Can you clarify that? Also why do I have to go through the play store in order to read the Privacy Policy? If there's an embed in the app it should function.

Hi friend. I glad that you chose CoinsChecker. It has almost 8k US coins in its database and more are coming and it makes really easy for coin collectors to track their coin collection, you can simply check coins or add qty and grade to each one. CoinsChecker have been made by Coin Collector generalist so you will see a lot of new coins added in future. Right now it has US, Canada and UK. It is free and without ads. However this forum just advertising my app and has nothing to do with it. Questions you asking can't be answered. Did you send me email with details and screenshots? No. How can I fix an issue if I don't know what is the issue? Invisible button that does nothing? How do you know that it is a button? [deleted] Let's keep this friendly and professional, OK? - STAFFRegards.
