Hello forum I was hoping you could help me with this type of mint error. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a drop of something like nail polish and the X'd through with a couple of contact marks. Not a plus for the coin. This would not be a mint error. Just something it picked up along the way. It could even be booger?

If it's a booger, it should come off on your finger.
