I thought that the lower serif on the S is supposed to align north to south, not slanted like this one is and also on the reverse, the letter B of VDB is supposed to be slanted in the middle, not straight as depicted in these pics. MisterT Pillar of the Community United States 2004 Posts	Posted 04/21/2021 9:17 pm Another indicator on a genuine coin is that the S mintmark should have a bump in the upper curve of the S. It is the same mintmark used on the 1912s Liberty nickel I am told. Report this Post to the Staff
