Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC 1958-D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM Not Sure What Is Going On Here

Nice split serifs, overlays well with 1MM-028, but unsure of match since die markers don't match. I'm also unsure if the marks shown are post-mint damage or something else? When more than one event happens on a coin, they don't add up, but rather, which camp will pay the most for the coin. On camp only wants the variety and could less about the error issues, or consider the error issues as a negative. The error collector will be interested in the errors, but don't care if it is a variety. So, these don't add more money to the deal, but who would pay the most? Wasn't sure about the lamination - the reverse, yes, but the obverse lamination area looked different to me. I am an rpm collector.
