Bidding here is now closed with Sir Ferrari's bid, and as I post this we're just a little over two hours away from the auction's end on ebay. I'm nodding now and probably won't last for much longer - hey, us old guys gotta get our beauty sleep - and in spite of 45-mile-an-hour winds from the north howling outside, I probably will zonk out and post the results as early next morning as I can crawl out of the rack. It's a good thing I didn't stay up - the power went off here about the time the auction ended.
Anyway, the winning bid for this fine, expensive piece of metal was $1,326.00, and the winning guess of $1295 was from trdhrdr007. Congratulations!

Well, I finally pulled out a win. I'll have to wait for the official point count but I think it's a case of too little too late for me. These things generally run 10 rounds & I am not eligible for points in round 10 because I'm hosting. I'll try to find a suitable coin & get it up here this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
